{"id":781756,"date":"2023-07-06T16:00:55","date_gmt":"2023-07-06T19:00:55","guid":{"rendered":"\/?p=781756"},"modified":"2026-09-13T17:42:48","modified_gmt":"2026-09-13T20:42:48","slug":"marco-legal-das-garantias-de-emprestimo-e-aprovado","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.webmotors.com.br\/wm1\/seu-bolso\/financiamento-e-consorcio\/marco-legal-das-garantias-de-emprestimo-e-aprovado\/","title":{"rendered":"Marco Legal das Garantias de Empr\u00e9stimo \u00e9 aprovado"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A Comiss\u00e3o de Assuntos Econ\u00f4micos do Senado (CAE) aprovou, em vota\u00e7\u00e3o simb\u00f3lica, o texto do Projeto de Lei (PL) 4.188\/2021 que estabelece o <strong>Marco Legal das Garantias de Empr\u00e9stimos<\/strong>.&nbsp;A proposta altera as normas que tratam das garantias de empr\u00e9stimos com o objetivo de diminuir o risco de inadimpl\u00eancia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Assim, por consequ\u00eancia, pretende reduzir tamb\u00e9m os juros nos financiamentos dos autom\u00f3veis. Como se sabe, um dos fatores que elevam os juros nos financiamentos \u00e9 justamente o alto \u00edndice de inadimpl\u00eancia &#8211; em teoria, quanto menor esse risco, menores s\u00e3o os
